ole suggested i do not taper for 50km run on saturday so i did a 10km tempo today.
was planing for 41-42mins but i ended up doing 39:44 easy.
yesterday i had a nice face massage and a pair of hot dogs with mustard and that helped.
also drowning pool was quite useful for the run.
it is super confusing – i run and i think i need to check facebook in the middle of a park. not good!
when i finish that 50km race im going to eat two kfc zingers, one mcfresh and four hot dogs.
why is serbia a great place to live ready for 50km?
