i met miltos manetas in 2000 and i guess this is since when i was part of the neen. neen is a philosophy but it is also a very closed sort of inbread group of people who are super lazy and disorganized yet very defensive and possesive of their position.

neen, as much as it is a super great positive idea, has the dark side as it demonstrates the petty bargaining and sales of almost broke artists that strive to asskiss some collectors or whatever. these negative elements can sometimes be so strong that they create laziness and beat all the positive energy.
