3 rules of artificial intelligence

counter balanced loom

since i was a kid i was exposed to interpretations of ai.

r2d2 and c3po, robby the robot, hal 9000, and skynet, are just some ai examples i grew up with.

few years ago, thanks to aleksandar and ole, i got a chance to work with ivan on an actual ai project, .

i designed the ai based product, and ivan engineered it and made it work.

we spent 3 years on weak / expert ai project.

this was enough for us to understand what ai is, how it is made, how it works, and how it is useful.

i have three main conclusions or ai rules, which are important to be shared and understood:

rule 1) if ai does the same job as us, it will always do better;

rule 2) ai does not replace us. it allows us to focus on higher level tasks, allowing us to grow;

rule 3) ai is inevitable in our growth. we can not grow without ai.
